By purchasing or using Anna & Ruth's Amish Remedy Book (the “Book”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.
What you are buying
The Book is a digital product delivered as a PDF file by email. It contains 47 traditional home preparations. It is not a physical product and nothing will be shipped to you.
Delivery
Your download is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, normally within a few minutes of purchase. If it has not arrived within one hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us and we will resend it.
Licence and permitted use
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the Book for your own household. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, or share the file publicly.
Not medical advice
The Book is offered for general information and educational purposes only. It is a collection of traditional home preparations. It is not medical advice, and nothing in it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning anything new, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are caring for a child. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here.
No guarantee of results
Individual experiences differ. We make no promise that any preparation in the Book will produce a particular result for you. Nothing on this site or in the Book should be read as a guarantee of any health, cosmetic or other outcome.
Your responsibility
You use the preparations in the Book at your own discretion and your own risk. Test anything applied to the skin on a small patch first and stop immediately if irritation occurs. Take care with heat, steam and hot compresses. Check ingredients against any allergies you have.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use or misuse of the Book or of this website.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by our authorised third-party retailer. Your card details are handled by that processor and are never stored by us.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
